Waterfront condo with spectacular lake view and covered boat slip. No pontoon boats please. Great outdoor patio with grill ready to go! Steps away from the swimming pool and hot tub. Because this is a privately-owned home, it is available to families or small groups limited to 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The Whitecliff Condominiums have spectacular views of Lake Travis, a pool, 12 seat Jacuzzi and an extensive lakefront deck. The units are tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchens that include dinnerware, cookware and coffee makers. Linens and bath towels are provided. Each unit has one assigned covered parking space, with guest parking in the uncovered area. Each condo has an assigned boat slip (extra $50/night)with parking for PWC’s on the shoreside of the walkways. Boats are limited to 26 feet & launching is at Briarcliff Marina or Pace Bend Park. No pontoon boats please.
