With your private jacuzzi and all the necessities to make our cabin your home, you'll find yourself wishing you could stay. Your host, Miel, will provide all the details you need for a fully hands-off stay. Should you have questions, feel free to reach out. She lives locally and is always either available or has someone covering when she has time off. Platform or texting is best to reach for a quick response, but please call if it is urgent, after hours, or an emergency.
The cabin is designed to enjoy common recreation areas, like an outdoor heated seasonal swimming pool, deck overlooking the Pacific, and a big central park with a playground and sand volleyball. Beach access is nearby via three routes, and shops and restaurants are located within easy walking distance. Perched at the top of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes from the cabin, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach.
Within Lincoln City you’ll discover a wide array of attractions, including Devil’s Lake State Park where you can spend summer days kayaking with local guides, or in the winter months, you can search the beach for glass floats! Families and friends also gather in the area for kite contests and sand castle building. Shop until you drop at the area’s outlet mall, or explore local shops within walking distance of the cabins.
For a day trip, visit Newport, offering the hip Nye Beach shopping district, Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium, just 25 miles away. Next to Nye Beach there’s even a playground with a giant hillside pirate ship slide, a sure treat for the kids! Outdoor enthusiasts will especially love hiking Drift Creek Falls with it’s gorgeous suspension bridge, or exploring the amazing beauty of Cascade Head.

In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down together at the lovely dining nook, which expands for larger parties. As part of the lovely Olivia Beach Camp Cabins, By-the-Day Dreamer also features a private jacuzzi for your enjoyment, and our 'camp' cabin includes a front yard fire pit for roasting s'mores. There's also a BBQ stand for grilling and making for a memorable beach experience! In the mornings, sip your steamy mug of joe from the cabin’s adjoining deck or front porch while listening to the tranquil sounds of waves crashing in the distance. In the evenings, gather with your loved ones in front of the glowing fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing laughs and stories of the day's adventures. Plus, the stars are amazing at the beach cabins on clear nights! Additionally, you’ll have access to the community's 24/7 fitness center year round and an outdoor heated pool, open 10am-8pm, Memorial Day-Labor Day.
*The By-the-Day Dreamer has an optional add-on in-law suite situated right behind the main cabin, next to the jacuzzi. Encompassing 400 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, the suite features a studio with a king-sized bed, a living area with a sleeper couch, a 2-person dining table, a kitchenette with the basics of a small refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, and minimal eating utensils. There is also a full size bathroom with a two-person sauna and shower for your convenience. *
Transportation is limited on the coast, but there are local and county bus lines that connect more broadly. A car is necessary for most, though we love hosting those on biking adventures!
