Negative: There was a couple with kids upstairs. The kids were running and making noice in the appartment upstairs. I would advice the owner to inform people if they are renting the rooms upstairs to take consideration with the other people who are renting the basement. Another thing. There was also no discription how to use the lock to enter the appartment. So I had to phone the owner to ask how I could use the lock to open the door of the appartment. The owner was very helpfull in informing how to use the lock.
