This is our primary residence. This is not a full time short term rental.
We have owned the home since 2000.
We only rent our place out when we are either going on a mini vacation where we can take our dogs.
Advance notice is required.
TV upstairs in the office/tv area. No cable, just local stations and Amazon Firestick.
So many eateries to choose from within walking distance.
