Summary: This flat is perfectly located, just literally 7 minutes walk to Place de la Comedie. There are 2 local school within 5 minutes and the tram is even closer. You can walk to the main train station in 8 minutes (I timed it!). The flat is large with plenty of space for a family of up to 5 but could easily sleep 7. It's in good condition and has everything you'll need for your stay. The landlady is a good thrustyworthy person who will respond quickly if anything needs repair. The original fridge was old and we asked for a new one. It arrived within 3 or 4 days. We paid a large deposit but got the entire sum back promptly after our stay. So as you might have guessed, my family and I were very happy in this apartment. I don't really have any complaints. And Montpellier is a great little city. Good food, friendly people (that was unexpected after Paris!) , good weather, great schools.
