Positive: Close to railway station for convenient arrival and departure by train. Also very close to tram stop for getting to the city centre. Everything worked

Negative: Kitchen units a bit tired Nowhere comfy to sit once sofa-bed had been turned into a bed - the room could easily have accommodated an arm-chair or two Automated check-in and deposit-taking a bit "chunky" - lots of messages at irrelevant times, and uncertainty about when deposit will be released. Power points by bed were needed for lights, so nowhere to charge phone by bed. Multi-way adapter provided was of no use.
