If you take the bicycle path on the Avenue de l'Océan at the foot of the accommodation, you will be able to reach the must-see Central Beach of Labenne (10 minutes by bike) and enjoy its activities. Lastly, if you feel like it, you can reach Bayonne in 20 minutes by car and Biarritz in 30 minutes.
