Positive: Relaxing and charming stay to discover Burgundy A very pleasant and relaxing place to explore the Burgundy region. The accommodation is set in an old building with a cozy, authentic design and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The owner is a truly lovely and warm lady who made us feel like very special guests. She speaks very good English — which may be helpful for international travelers. Breakfast is served on a charming terrace overlooking a beautiful garden — fresh, local food and truly amazing bread! The place is super dog-friendly, and our dog was as warmly welcomed as we were. Jill also kindly helped us organize a visit to a nearby winery, which turned out to be a wonderful experience.

Negative: the accommodation is located in an old building and has a vintage, slightly medieval vibe throughout. If you’re not in the mood to slow down and enjoy that kind of peaceful, rustic charm, it might be better to stay in a larger modern hotel in the city

Summary: We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
