This tiny house/studio offers a large yard for your pet and kiddos to play, plenty of off-street parking and a shared picnic area complete with BBQ and firepit. Baby Bear's Playhouse is an approximately 200 square foot tiny house ideal for one person or a couple, possibly traveling with a small child. It is a studio with a kitchenette, a combined seating and sleeping area, and a full bathroom. This tiny house has a small deck with a small table for outdoor dining. You can take the short trail to the enclosed picnic area where you will find a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating ideal for toasting marshmallows and roasting hot dogs. There is a charcoal BBQ. The picnic area is a shared space with our other guests and is perfect place to make new friends.
Baby bears Playhouse is open for your enjoyment. This is not a shared space so it is your private rental with a porch included. There is a shared space at the end of the front lawn, a fire pit. The fire pit is enclosed for Renters privacy from the community.
