A car is not absolutely necessary, walk to the MAX(transportation system) in10 min and the bus line is 200 feet down the street. You are a 5-10 minute walk from literally 20 restaurants. 5 minutes walking to Lloyd Center and 8 minute walk to the Rose Quarter. Downtown/Pearl District is a 5 minute drive or 9 minutes on the MAX.
