Located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, McMinnville is a short 45 min from the coast, and a mere 35 miles from Portland. My house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The room available is a large master bedroom with a private bathroom and large walk in closet. The bathroom contains a soaking tub and shower. Included with the room is utilities, access to the kitchen, use of a washer dryer and access to all communal space both inside and out. There is also a Mini fridge and microwave in the room. The minimum stay is 30 days/nights.
I currently live in the house with my girlfriend. We have her two daughters 50% of the time and my son every other weekend. However, I will have my son full time during the summer. Due to the presence of children the house can sometimes get noisy and there may sometimes be a mess here and there in common areas. However, we are all very respectful and make our best attempt to keep the noise down and all common areas clean. This room is a great option for someone who doesn't mind children or the adventures that come along with having them in a home. We believe in the importance of good communication and will make every attempt to make sure your stay is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
