Summary: This is our first ever review and it was only fair that we took time to recommend Sophie's villa. We were really very lucky to choose this property. As a family, it was exactly what we needed, a beautiful well situated house, relaxing gardens that take advantage of the evening sun, a fabulous pool, handy location and a generous caring hostess. Also we saved ourselves the expense of a car by using the excellent local transport system and taxis as required. Located in a quiet safe suburb, this villa is really perfect for a family with children or a number of couples/friends who want to visit the busy town centre or beach during the day, and then relax by the pool in a quiet neighbourhood that evening. Inside the house is well laid out and appears purpose built - The photos on the internet don't adequately capture the sense of space and comfort. The local tramway which brings you directly to the town centre is a 1 minute walk from the house and there are a number of shops and restaurants / takeaways close by. The local Carrefour Cite supermarket is 15 mins on foot or perhaps 10 mins if you take the tram up the street Sophie and her family were the perfect hosts, perhaps the nicest family we have encountered in our years of renting villas in France and Spain. Sophie is meticulous in her attention to detail and exceptionally helpful. You really do feel welcome! This really made our holiday. The Doyle Family, Ireland
