It’s the ideal vacation spot for you and your family or a getaway with friends.
You’ll enjoy the condo’s vintage Black Butte Ranch ambiance. The main floor consists of an open living area with a wood-burning stove, a dedicated workspace, a kitchen, and an adjacent dining area. Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom and a full bath with laundry.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and a balcony that offers remote workers a view of the golf course and Black Butte. The second bedroom provides two twin beds as well as a queen bed.
This home also provides a renters storage shed, which includes a cooler, bocci ball set, water toys, extra pool chairs, and storage for golf clubs and skis for outdoor fun!
The condo is a short walk to Robert’s Pub, Big Meadow Golf Club House, and the nearby recreation area, where you will discover a putting course, and basketball, tennis, volleyball, and pickle ball courts.
