Positive: Very nice apartment. Central location. Very well appointed kitchen. Good communication from hosts

Negative: Expensive, so we prepared for a lovely stay. Better information would have been useful. 3rd floor flat, no lift. Thankfully we were all able to manage the stairs. Pedestrianised precinct and road works outside for re-paving. Night club downstairs with loud music until 2 am and on one occasion until 4am. NOT fully air conditioned as stated in the booking information - there was a Dyson fan and a portable AC unit Broken over the bath shower pole/fixture in one bathroom and broken soap dispenser. Not in themselves a drama but when paying over the odds even small matters should be attended to.

Summary: Perhaps overpriced and a little oversold because of issues mentioned above
