We are centrally located just north of downtown Salem in a quaint older neighborhood. Our area boasts tree lined streets, craftsman style homes, large yards and friendly folk. You'll be within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, groceries and more.

Just 5 or 10 minutes to multiple I-5 exits, less than 1 hour to Portland, 1 hour to the Oregon Coast, 2.5 hours to Bend; Salem is central to the best of Oregon!
Parking is free in our neighborhood and we also offer off-street parking for approximately 3 or 4 cars behind the house accessed by a private alley. Most of Salem's downtown also has free (and some metered) parking on the street and multiple parking garages.
You'll be within walking distance to a great selection of amenities some of which include: Walgreens (2 blocks), coffee shops, restaurants, Salem Cinema, the post office, the Saturday Market; too many to list!
There's a bus stop (Cherriots, Salem's public transit) in walking distance, about two blocks away.
Salem is bike friendly and mostly flat. We enjoy extensive bike and walking trails connecting West Salem Marine Park, Riverfront Park, and Minto-Brown Island Parks.
