The master bedroom with master bathroom are located on the second floor . The master bathroom is also equipped with a home gym equipment by Technogym, professional Spazio Forma treadmill, and the Kinesis Personal Vision equipment for improving the basic skills of resistance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Flat Tv with Satellite, wireless adsl connection in all rooms. A beautiful garden and two acres of olive trees belonging to the property surround the villa. The pool size, 16 meters x 5 meters allows you to exercise and swim. The property is gated and alarmed. Because the Villa is built on three floors and has many stairs, as well as a pool with a depth ranging from120/180, we do not recommend for children from 12 to 48 months. The property is 1 mile away from the Camaiore village center and five miles from the seaside. Casa Tua is a beautiful villa located on the top of a hill with an impressive view of the valley and of the sea. The street to reach Casa Tua gets narrower in the last half a mile, with a couple of curves where if you have a big car you should do some steering manoeuvers. While all kind of cars could reach the villa, we suggest, if you want an easier and handier driving, to rent mid size cars.
