Summary: Very nice property and grounds, breakfast was good, and the addition of a pool was a bonus. It's located about a 20min walk to the Lucca walls, which we easily done every day. Minor issues would be the metal four poster bed take up a little too much space in the rooms, the pool area could be a little cleaner (signs of algae around tiles). One problem which is not associated with the B&B, is the lack of Taxi's in Lucca, we arrived at the train station in the evening, and there were no Taxi's to be found, we ended up waiting about 45mins before we found one. Most evenings you cannot find a taxi in Lucca to take you back to the B&B, unless you phone. We ended up walking each time!
