Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location and staff were excellent. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the bed linen felt crisp and well laundered. Very spacious duplex apartment and good to have outside space overlooking Place des Quinconces. Convenient for the tram stop, just a few minutes walk from the nearest tram stop on Ligne B.

Negative: Not well equipped and very tired. Water stains on ceilings, spotlights hanging from ceiling, broken windows in kitchen, filthy windows, lack of towels, mirrors and hanging space only in 1 bedroom. The apartment was bare. The banister was lose and there was a cracked tile in 1 of the showers. The advert does make you aware that the apartment is in the 4th floor but there are a lot of steps. We were surprised a lift had been installed which is new but was out of action for most of our 5 day stay.

Summary: Great location but tired and bare
