LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. Guests do not need to rush over to the store to start their stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
