Summary: Staff was wonderful. Beds were very uncomfortable, hard. We stayed three nights. Although, we don’t need room cleaned everyday staying, It would have been nice to have our coffee filled and not have to go get our own for the room. Or our own toilet paper, and ask for extra towels the third day. Also, did not appreciate money taken out of my account when I clearly stated in reservation I would pay on arrival. When I went to pay, it had already been processed, not okay.
