Positive: The bed and pillows was comfortable, hallways smelled clean, good variety of snacks and food in the little lobby store, Location was close to the things we wanted to do, it was quiet. Breakfast was good.

Negative: When we arrived in the middle of January the heater was turned off in the room and it was freezing in the room. It took hours to warm up. We attempted to call front desk to ask questions and no one answered despite multiple calls. The shampoo and conditioner all though smelled good was very very watery and did not clean my hair, like the dispenser would get low and they would just add water to fill it up instead of replacing it with a new bottle. We booked the room with a jacuzzi tub, once filled and jets turned on it would overheat or short out and only be on on for about 10 seconds at a time then take 5 min to turn back on before shutting off again after 10 seconds of being on.
