Summary: The villa is in a quite neighborhood. It is easily accessible by bus and metro. Here is sufficient place both outside the gate and inside for parking a rented car though such is not essential. We did not have a car but walked or took the bus to the metro. The villa is beautiful, equipped with wifi. It has a ground floor which extends into the front and back gardens. There is a heated swimming pool strategically located to get the sun both in the morning and in the afternoon. One can eat either in the back garden close to the kitchen or in the front garden close to the swimming pool. And inside of course. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, a living and dining room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, Michel, the owner is a very generous host and allowed us to eat the fresh vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, celery, etc) from both his vegetable gardens (front and back), invited us to use anything from his well-stocked cellar (alcohol, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, pasta, tuna fish whatever). The second floor has two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom. When we arrived he had bought local specialties and invited us for lunch, the gave us a champagne and wine as presents. He brought us and took us to the airport in his private car. He was the best host we ever had, friendly, informative and discreet. I certainly recommend this villa in Toulouse. And I recommend Michel who has this and other villas to rent. He is a building contractor so his villas are in good repair -- at least the one we rented was. He is the perfect host! The villa is quite, the garden private and the heated swimming pool superb!
