The luxurious gem is quietly located on a fenced 30a plot at the end of a private road. Thanks to its corner shape, you enjoy complete privacy with -from every room- a view on the pool.
All the windows are sliding from floor-to-ceiling with automatic shutters. Thanks to the large windows, all rooms bath in light. The fully equipped kitchen in white marble with a stainless-steel worktop is an open space with the dining and lounge with TV and table football.
The 4 bedrooms all have sliding windows from top to ceiling to the upper terrace as well as fly screens and a built-in dressing cupboard. The 4 en-suite bathrooms all have a rain shower and washbasin. The master bedroom has on top a separate dressing room and a separate toilet. The bathroom of the master bedroom even has a bath, as well as rain shower and a double washbasin.
In total, there are 3 toilets.
In the activity room you can work out (fitness weights, fitness mat and skipping rope available) and play darts.
