This small village is in a unique location, backed by the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc and sheltered by the Black mountain in the heart of the Pays Cathare. Nature lovers will enjoy being surrounded by lush forests and vineyards. Our unit is located on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Canal du Midi. Located near a myriad of shops, historic monuments like Paroisse Notre-Dame, and the port, there's plenty to see in this area and our 25m2 property is the perfect base to experience it all from.
Our cozy STUDIO features a Sleeping Area with 1 Double Bed. Please note that bedroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for €16/kit. After a day of taking a boat ride on the Canal du Midi, retreat to our cozy space and turn on the TV.
Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for €12/kit. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for €6/wash and €4/dry.
Whip up a snack in the KITCHENETTE that features a ceramic hob, a microwave oven grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Port Minervois, where our property is conveniently located. These include the 2 outdoor pools open from the beginning of April to the end of September (heated according to weather), ping-pong tables, children's games, multisports pitches, and the pétanque pitch. Complimentary outdoor parking is available on-site for up to 1 car. Additional parking is available for an additional charge. Please let us know if you'd like to bring a pet with you and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/day or €46/week. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted and pets are not permitted during school holidays.
Please note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a €300 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €40-€80.
