One of seven Cottages, set in 100 acres of beautiful protected Breton countryside, stunning meadow bordered for 1km by the River Aven with a Trout Pond. Lots of wildlife and a truly peaceful place to relax and unwind in. We are within a 15 mins easy drive of lots of sandy unspoilt beaches. Nearby are the historic towns of Pont-Aven, Quimper and Concarneau. Our closest Market town is only 2kms and you can use our bikes (free of charge) to cycle there to collect your fresh baguette and croissants in the morning. The cottages have recently been renovated to the highest standard. All offer panoramic views overlooking the Aven Valley. Facilities include 40ft heated swimming pool and fenced with a security gate. (Open end of May to end of September). There is also a childrens play area, trout lake, farm animals, walks and use of bikes, as well as other toys. Minaouet is a three storey Cottage. On the ground floor it is open plan with a lounge area that has two 3 seater sofas, coffee tables, a wood burning stove, satellite tv, dvd and hifi. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and microwave). There is also a solid pine dining table with 6 chairs. On the second floor there is a Master bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table. There is also an en suite, (shower cabin, toilet and sink) and a small reading area on this floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with single beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table or set of drawers. There is also a family bathroom with a shower of a bath and a separate wc. Highchairs, cots as well as other baby equipment available free of charge. Fenced garden with patio, bbq and garden furniture. Minaouet has a fully fenced garden that has a gate (can be locked if required). There is a table and 6 chairs, along with a BBQ and a sun lounger.
