This is a beautiful 3 bedroom(4 beds/sleeps 6 people)/ 1 bathroom home offering scenic drives to numerous vineyards close by. Enjoy the State Street Park right outside your door for relaxing strolls anytime of the day. With easy access to Beltine you are 3 miles to Eugene Airport, 11 miles to Hayward Field, 9.6 miles to Autzen Stadium, 8.5 to Matthew Knight Arena and 9.8 miles to River Bend Hospital .
The space:
This home just under went a total remodel. It is a one level home with fresh paint, new luxury vinyl flooring, all new soft comphy bedding, fully stocked kitchen, new Maytag washer and dryer, Weber propane BBQ, outdoor seating, ductless heating and air-conditioning, WIFII. Lots of light and all the amenities and comforts of home.
This home is a corner duplex with tenants living next door so please be respectful of quiet time restrictions.
Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower/tub. Lots of free parking, 55" smart TV, office space, coffee and tea provided, along with a self check-in smart lock.
