THE BASICS:
We're just a few blocks west of Full Sail! Enjoy the best of everything--close enough to the heart of downtown to easily walk to everything---restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, shops, and movie theaters, but set just out of the busiest part of town. We're a quick drive, or longer walk, to the waterfront/Event Site.
This apartment is the bottom level of a 2 unit duplex and has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a twin daybed. The daybed has 3 mattresses stacked, so that you have several options: you can keep it as a twin bed or you can use 2 of the mattresses to convert it to a nearly King sized bed. You can also use all three mattresses to create a "two-tier" (nearly) king sized bed (ie. for 2 kids that like to kick each other in their sleep). The couch in the living room may also be converted to a double bed to suit various sleeping arrangements.
The living room and open kitchen overlook an approximately 200 sq. ft deck, with peeks of the Columbia River and Mt. Adams. There is a small shared outdoor space behind the house with a picnic table and propane grill.
There is a washer/dryer located in the kitchen pantry.

The kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, French press, and growlers for loan. There are all the basics for cooking-pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery--as well as some plasticware for kids. There is a small table with leaves that can fold up to make it a little bigger, and a larger patio table on the deck (see listing pictures). There is a stacked washer and dryer located in the pantry, as well as some basic staples--spices, supplies, etc.
There is secure wireless internet and there is one flatscreen TV in the living room. There is no cable/satellite service, but there are basic network channels and a smart BluRay DVD player with an established, accessible Netflix account. There is also a bluetooth enabled speaker.
An assortment of jigsaw puzzles, games, magazines, and local guides/resources are available, as well as a revolving "take a book/leave a book" book exchange.
Traveling with a little one? There is a highchair as well as a Pack 'n Play and audio baby monitor available, at no extra charge.
Access to the garage is NOT included, but there is one offstreet parking spot available for a small-midsize vehicle.
