Welcome to Napa! Relax in our bright & charming, 480 sqft detached guest Casita. Centrally located only minutes from Downtown Napa shops, restaurants and wineries. Take a stroll on the Napa Valley VineTrail – a quick 15-minute walk to the Oxbow. Easy access to Highway 29 & the Silverado Trail and a 15-minute drive to Yountville. Our studio includes a full kitchen, plush queen bed, sitting area, private bathroom & outdoor patio. Accommodates 2 people comfortably.

The Space:
• 1 Queen bed with pillow-top, memory foam mattress and plush comforter
• Full Kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink
• Dining Table and two chairs included (not pictured).
• Utensils, salt, pepper, dishes, wine glasses, wine openers and mugs provided
• Coffee, tea, sweeteners provided
• TV: Stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.
• Free Wifi
• Bath with shower, sink/vanity and toilet
• Fresh towels and bathrobes
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer provided
• Closet with iron, ironing board and extra blankets provided
• Self-controlled heat and A/C
• Free Driveway parking on the premises – 1 space. There is also plenty of street parking.
• No Laundry. There is a laundromat a block and a 1/2 away.

Guest Access:
There is a separate entrance to our studio casita located up the driveway behind our main residence. You may have full access to the backyard and the backyard is only shared by my husband Luke and me.

Other Things to Note:
• We offer complimentary mid-stay cleanings every 10 days, as well as fresh towels and linens. You only pay for the first cleaning. When you check-in, we can discuss when the best time will be to schedule cleanings.

• Security Cameras on Property.
• NO SMOKING on property.
• We have a NO PET Policy.
• Self Check-In with Lockbox.
• We have our dog Maya, on property, but she will not be in the backyard or near the studio.
