In the quiet and peaceful suburbs, in Deuil-la-Barre city. *10/15mn by train from Paris Center. *10mn train ride to Saint-Denis Station (Close to Stade de France). Tea & coffee included. The flat is located in a nice city just outside Paris, called Deuil-la-Barre (it only takes 10mins by train to get to the center of Paris, in Gare du Nord station). *The station near my place (5mn on foot) : Deuil-Montmagny. ***5/10mn train ride to Saint-Denis Station (Close to Stade de France). ************ My name is Cindy, I'm a 27 year old girl and I'm always available by phone to help you. I speak french and english, and I'm easy to get along with, I'll help you as much as I can. I rent two single beds in a shared room, on the second floor of the apartment, it's a mezaninne. There is no door, only curtains, you'll be sharing the room with 2 other people maximum. On the same floor I rent a private bedroom for tourists, they have to go through your room to go downstairs. It's an apartment on 2 floors (duplex / approx. 100m² / 1000 sqft) . --- on the 1st floor : - entrance - big room with the kitchen and the dining room (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, kettle, toaster, etc) and the living room with a couch and the tv. - the bathroom (shower, 2 sinks, washing machine, dryer, steam iron, hairdryer) - toilet --- on the 2nd floor : - a private bedroom that I also rent on another listing - your mezzanine where your two beds are Check in : Between 1pm and 9pm. Not before not after. Check out : You have to clear the room before 12am, but you can still leave your stuff/hang out in the flat after. You have complete access to the rest of the flat (kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, toilets). Included in the price : water, electricity, internet/wifi, clean sheets, phone (Free to call to almost every country. There are only a few exceptions so just ask me). Coffee & tea. There are supermarkets, bakeries, pizzas, kebabs near the place. We'll show you where. You can put your stuff in the cupboards, and in the fridge of course :) You have to buy your own food & bathroom products. There is a maximum of 6 guests at my place (yourself included).
