The little beach house is a bright and airy duplex just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for multiple families or larger groups. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. Just bring your swimsuit! We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast!
This listing is to rent both sides of a Duplex. Each home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. They are not joined from the inside. The gate separating the backyard space can be opened for easy access to both yards.

They provide ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor fire pit with a large comfy sectional to enjoy a rocket launch!
Our home is one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly.
***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. You can request to have the thermostat unlocked but may be responsible for any service issues related to the unit freezing up.
BY BOOKING YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT to- Routine Lawn Maintenance and Care- Honor all Rules-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we require you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use.
There are 2 gas grills on site (Propane included) and pack and play and high chair are available upon request.
There is a 8 ft gate in the backyard that joins both back yard spaces together.
Other things to note:Maximum 8 adults per booking. Or 4 adults, 8 small kids in total. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. Must be 24+ yrs to bookNo parties or events.
