Beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house. 4000+ sq ft on three level living.

Main floor features living room with large flat screen tv and gas fireplace, and is open to a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is on the main level with on suite. 2 bedrooms/1 bath on top floor with large bonus room that's used as a kids playroom. Lower level has additional 1 bedroom/1 bath and spacious living area equipped with a sleeper sofa, big screen tv, and gym equipment. Back deck features smoker grill and a Blackstone that you are welcome to use. House sleeps 10 comfortably.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors and limit the amount of noise you make when you are outside, especially in the evening hours. No parties are allowed. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell located on our front door. Parking is limited to 4 cars. All cars except 1 must be in the driveway/garage.

Summary: What an awesome stay for our family of VT graduates to see VT vs NC State. Despite the loss, the house was clean and spacious. Toys for the kiddos and great hangout areas. All around, great spot. We hope to rent again from Lauren in the future!
