It is walking distance to various parks, walking path, Cinema IMAX theater, and located near all shopping outlets in the newly renovated Uptown area. Nearby: Winrock and Coronado malls. BJ's, Ojos Locos, North Face, Dave and Busters, Trader Joe's,Target, Farmers Market, Jasons Deli, CPK, Bucca De Pepo, Red Robin, Krung Thai, and many more). The home has 2 wood decks with pergola style shading in both the front and backyards. It is also one of the rare homes with a 2 car garage in the area. It has refrigerated AC and a wood fireplace for the winter. Washer and dryer included. The home is fully furnished with many personal touches to fully enjoy as a vacation or as a business trip. All amenities included to relax as you would at home. This home is perfect for working professionals with provided Wifi, Smart TV, and office space and exterior surveillance security system for peace of mind. Most of the furniture in the house are restored or handmade. Given its many personal custom furniture and overall feel, it is a very comfortable, cozy mix of contemporary / southwest adobe feel. Additionally, it is a quiet neighborhood with a second available home next door (sauna and jacuzzi at the neighboring property) that houses 5 if booking for a larger party!
We do allow for pets upon approval and a $50 pet fee/stay will be added to your reservation per pet.
