5 Bedroom Apartment in Val-de-Grace, Paris

Apartment of 130 m2 on the 4th and last floor with a balcony all along. Broadband Internet, Wifi, free phone in many countries. Computer. Without elevator but large stairwell easy to assemble. Very bright and very quiet. 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large living room, dining room. 2 large bathrooms with each one: 1 shower, 1 corner bath, 2 sinks (so in total 2 showers, 2 baths and 4 sinks). Without any vis-à-vis nor street side of Ulm nor rue Thuillier side. This is our main residence that we rent a few weeks a year. We own another apartment in the same building where we store our personal belongings during rentals. You will find of course empty storage to store your belongings. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
And for the fans ... we live less than 5 minutes walk from the bakery and the building of "Emily in Paris" :-).

Summary: The home was in a very good location easy to walk the entire city. The flat did have a lot of clutter and personal items of the family. There also was also used bar soap in all the showers.
