**IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The heated pool is complimentary for our guests and is maintained at a temperature of 80-87 degrees, subject to weather conditions. It is operational from December through April 10. Outside of this period, guests may request access to the heated pool for an additional charge of $35 per night.
- 1 hour complimentary early check-in is offered based on availability.
- Pool Depth is 3-6ft. Please monitor kids for safety and NO glass materials or kitchenware in the pool area.
- No SMOKING inside the house!!! There will be a $500 penalty fee if smoke evidence/odor found in the property.
- Please keep doors and windows closed when AC is on
- Please don’t set AC temp below 70
- NO loud noise/music after 10pm
- We do not refill propane tank for BBQ grill. However, it can be exchanged at a local gas station or hardware store for around $30 (Home Depot/Lowes are about less than a mile away)
