Summary: I rented the Prospect Hill house sight unseen based on the photos and the location. I lived in SB many years ago and frequently return for the summer. The house is charming. Someone obviously did a renovation stripping it to the studs and replacing everything while maintaining its original charm. I am a gourmet cook and the kitchen served all my needs. The location could not be better, you are above the fog layer and a short walk to the SB Mission Rose Garden. This was my second summer rental from Vacation Rentals of SB and as last time they were able to address any issue I had in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend them and this property as winners
