Positive: All the staff were super friendly and kind. We arrived very stressed due to heavy traffic, heavy rain, and getting lost by car. The hotel is very new and pretty. Lots of cosy communal spaces with soft furnishing and decor. Beautiful mountain views from the rooms.

Negative: The bathtub is a disaster. A small square cold space, which you cannot lie down in. No ledge to put toiletries, no rest for your back and no handles to help get in and out. Design concept, not functional. No view or window in the bathroom, just a plain grey wall, in a brand new modern design hotel with mountain views. We wonder what the architect was thinking.
