Summary: How is this rail station dump a 4 star class and under Hotels.com VIP? Total travesty. No real service or luggage help, parking is a disaster, property is seedy and rundown, front desk is useless. 1 set of towels for 4 guests, 1 complementary water bottle for 4 guests. Total joke!
