Summary: While the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great, there were no amenities. The pool, spa, and fitness room were closed due to maintenance "until the end of the day". What that meant was the amenities were closed for the entire weekend. Not sure why the pool and spa were closed, as there were no visible items in the area. But the fitness room, what you could see appeared to be closed to paint. When you spend extra money for the amenities, one would expect to use them. As for the staff, if you did find any around, there was no friendliness to them. This is a far cry from my stay the prior weekend in Arizona at another Hampton Inn. This location would do great in getting some customer service training for the entire staff. This is one of those stays where I believe there should be a small credit for not being able to use the amenities.
