The Space:
Beautifully remodeled home on naturally landscaped, wooded acre lot within walking distance to Harper’s Bridge and the Deschutes River. Ride your bikes into Sunriver Village in less than 10 minutes. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great kitchen and dining space for all! Hit the slopes with your skis or snowboard in 25-minutes at the Mount Bachelor ski resort. This winter take the kids to a snow hill for some sledding or grab your snowshoes and get outdoors to one of the many snow parks! In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the river.
Relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life by taking a stroll on one of the many nearby trails or the charming neighborhood fall asleep reading a book by the fire, or visit the breathtaking Cascade Lakes only 25-minutes away. Harper Getaway is set amidst the trees, just South of Sunriver Village, in a quiet neighborhood and paved street. The home sits back from the road so you feel like you are in your own private park with a fully fenced acre of land to enjoy! Harper Getaway is a fantastic getaway with its proximity to Mt. Bachelor (25 min), a hot tub to relax in after a good hike, a wood burning stove for those cozy evenings you will be feeling right at home! The back deck and yard are the perfect area to sit and enjoy each other and have your own little picnic! You can take a quick 1-minute drive to Harpers Bridge (river access) or you can walk in less than 5 minutes... Take your tubs and be on your merry way!
Inside the home there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great family room area that boasts a fantastic wood stove for ambiance and heat throughout the year. The kitchen and the dining space are at the back of the home, located right next to the back deck are for great access! There is plenty of space for everyone in this home and so much fun to be had! The bedrooms are all great size with the master of course being the larger of them all, as well having direct access to the back deck area. The other two bedrooms are in the same hallway and share a separate bathroom. Guests also have access to the garage, whether to park a vehicle in to keep them out of the weather or to keep all your outdoor gear in, it’s there for you to use. We hope you enjoy Harper Getaway!
