Situated on the ground floor with entrance from a frescoed portico and with access on two sides to the garden, and with direct access to the swimming pool. At the rear of the garden are both the swimming pool, equipped with a convenient access staircase and a large, elegant and well-equipped solarium, and a large, functional barbecue located at the end of the shady pergola of American vines interspersed with climbing roses. Finally, four comfortable and elegant tables complete the furnishings and functionality of the rear part of the "Ca de Frati" garden. From the residence it is easy to reach all four of Arezzo's valleys, and it is also just a few kilometres from Siena, Florence and Perugia. In two hours it is possible to reach both the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic Seas.
