Negative: The customer service . the room has TV but no remote . calll and ask remote they said they will bring one for me but till checked out I don't received the remote to watch TV . When I went out for checked out there was no one around beside the notice will be back soon.waited waited then I decide to put the room.key in one of the desk and took a picture for evidence . Some one show up from somewhere and asking me what am doing on his desk I told him that I get in to put the room.key and take a picture as my evidence because there is no one around . He said don't you see the notice it says I be back SK you have to wait said . I ask how long his said till I come ? What a customer service at front desk he don't wear a uniform of the hotel . he don't have any respect for the customer . The only thing he said is he gets in to my desk he don't care about my time I waste waiting for home he don't care about my plane to catch either I am.late or not . I said my friend I don't do nothing beside putting the key you can check a camera . Yeah we have all this camera . he don't even gave me the receipt. You book from.third party he said ask them but I paid with my card at check in.
