Summary: The property is 200m off the main road in the petite village area of Blainville-sur-Mer. It was exactly as the pictures described and very peaceful with its own electronic gate and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Conveniently situated 50 minutes drive from Cherbourg port it was a very comfortable place to stay with accommodation for up to 10 people including a cot for a baby if required. The owner although unable to speak any English was very friendly and welcoming to us all and made us feel very much at home while we were there. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay with very friendly owners in the west Normandy area conveniently situated to lovely beaches and places of historical interest I would highly recommend this house and it’s owners as a fabulous place for a family and friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday as a home away from home.
