Our single storey house is located in the heart of the Léognanais vineyard (Pessac / Léognan appellation); you are 5 minutes from the forest, 45 minutes from the ocean, 30 minutes from Lake Hosteins and 15 minutes from Bordeaux center!
You can enjoy the swimming pool in an enclosed garden, not overlooked; you will appreciate our parental suite.
The house is composed of a large master suite overlooking the garden with its adjoining bathroom. Two children's bedrooms can accommodate two children or even a third on a mattress, and a shower room is nearby.
At the back of the house, opposite the terrace area and in a closed enclosure, you will find our two hens. You can enjoy two fresh eggs daily. We will ask you in exchange for restocking them with seeds and water.
