Positive: The location was very close to the centre of the town and easy walking distance. The appartment would probably suit a student.

Negative: The key instructions were incorrect, leading to difficulty entering the building. The outside and entrance stairway is dilapidated and in need of renovation. It was unpleasant to walk into. The facilities are very basic and need attention. The kitchen is poorly finished and ill-equipped. No tea towel is available. The tap hot and cold were reversed. It was advertised having complimentary cookies, tea, and coffee. There were no cookies and only 2 teabag sachets, one of which was opened. The light switch was nowhere near the entrance, and hard to find, being hidden between the cupboard and fridge... not helpful to find in the dark! The bed is uncomfortable, and the pillows lacked filling. The wardrobe is nothing more than a curtain over a frame. The shower would have been good had the temperature control not been ceased up, and the light not working. The basin waste flowed away slowly, and the toilet cistern was weak and was taking 10 mins to refill after a flush. There is very limited free parking on site. You may find a free space if lucky, but the area is narrow and difficult to park in. The streets around are very busy, so it is hard to find a free space.
