Summary: Two nights in Bordeaux such a lovely town and apartment is an easy walk to most things The only negatives were no air conditioning and our room was downstairs which meant lugging our cases down a narrow staircase, it would be helpful if owner installed lighting on those stairs as it is dangerous at night Valentine the hospitality student was excellent with a smile all the time and nothing was too much trouble Maybe provide English Breakfast tea bags as the Earl Grey are not everyone’s taste We found great restaurants within walking distance La Tiere near the river eas great and reasonably priced I must say our room was a great size just the stairs and air conditioning Thanks again
