This 2BR/2BA garden condo at Seascape Resort has been newly updated, making it the perfect spot for your family to enjoy all the amenities that the resort offers. You will be fifty steps to the beach, twenty steps to one of five resort pools, and also enjoy a screened-in patio overlooking a private lake. (Fishermen have regularly pulled 5# bass from that lake.)
The condo features two renovated bedrooms (King master, twins in the second BR) both with attached full baths. A fully equipped full-size kitchen, dining, and living room provide plenty of space for your family or group. All on a single level. Convenient, comfortable, and accessible. Park right outside the unit. No parking decks or elevators.
Furnished with new bedding, premium linens, and HDTVs, we prepared the unit for our family and guests, and want you to feel like you are home. Enjoy the convenience of (almost) beachfront living, at an off-beach price.
Seascape s 2000 dedicated beach was selected by Conde Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale s Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.
The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo. Note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the unit is ONLY available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday.
