Summary: This is a clean, spacious and very cool place if you are looking to stay downtown. Lots of room and walking distance to tons of cool restaurants, bars, etc. It's loud at night but we anticipated that given it is above a bar. The only negative was the slow communication with the owner which was much slower than should be expected for a property at this price point.
