→ and its location: near a small road, which goes down to a stream that will lead you to the tram (in 10 minutes) and on the banks of the Erdre (in 20 minutes). According to Victor Hugo the Erdre would be the most beautiful river in France, you tell us! On one side, a walking access to the Beaujoire stadium and on the other side the electric boats, cruises and paddle are at your disposal to enjoy this jewel, going to the heart of the city!
