You will particularly appreciate the terrace and the garden, at the back, the fabulous views on the fairway of 8 which are offered to you, and the swimming pool which is at a few steps of the entrance of the house. You will enjoy large outdoor areas and terrace, with multiple places to sit quietly, whether in front of the house or in the back, to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day, to watch the children play in the large garden, or simply savor the surrounding tranquility. For the cooler periods, its owners have installed a stove that will keep you warm, and recently were also added French doors to enjoy the view in any weather.
