Positive: Nice, spacious duplex appartment. Clean and well equiped. Good location in a nice village and a very nice region. Hosts were understanding when we arrived late due to circumstances.

Negative: Right after booking, we got warned off with the message that our kids cannot shout, cry or jump in the property. While before booking it was writing that kids off all ages are welcome. If we wouldn't be able to control our kids we were advised to cancel. Without refund! This seemed dishonest. We were careful, but when our kids ran around inside one day for 5 minutes in the middle of the day, we immediately received a warning. Furthermore, you get an extensive list of things to do and don't do. And everything is labeled with quite redundant warnings. The host are clearly protective of their stuff, which I understand, but it doesn't contribute to a relaxing holiday atmosphere. If you don't like people in your place, than don't rent it out.
